Something I'm struggling with a bit at the moment is where to put my focus. Let me explain... towards the end of last month, I was putting all my focus into my business, but it felt like I wasn't expanding as fast as I wanted to.

In the end it felt like I was choking any fun or growth out of my business. Since beginning of March, I've decided to take a different approach, in that I'm trying to add in other things that make me happy, i.e. a walk in nature in the mornings, watching musicals and motivational videos at night and I feel like I, and my business, can breathe again.

So my question is, when going through an expansion phase in one's business, should all focus go towards the work, or is there room for breathing space, without missing out on opportunities?

Thank you for the great question.

In my opinion, it is very important to find a balance in life.

If one only focus on one factor of your life the rest of the things that’s important to you will be neglected. There is a quote; that has meant a lot to me.

Passion is energy feel the power that comes from focusing on what energize you.

If you feel energized by walking in the mornings and listening to motivational videos I will highly recommend you do it! Put it in your weekly schedule to make sure you fit it in.

In my opinion it is very important to schedule time for important things in your life other than work in your weekly schedule.

It will make you a more happy and balanced person and will energize you to focus on your work ~Coach Edna.
