XM: You’ve won may titles
throughout your career
including the FISE BMX
Championship in 2009,
King of the Concrete in
2011 as well as being
crowned Arab Champion
in 2015. Tell us a bit about
your preparations for
competitions, dealing with
the pressure etc.
MAS: I always participate in
championships with an aim
to enjoy the ride and meet
BMX riders. I never stress
but always practice and
enjoy the experience.
XM: Any plans to go over
to Europe for the summer?
Any competitions?
MAS: Possibly Scotland.

XM: You’re a part of the
ever-growing Red Bull
family in the Middle East
and perform in a lot of
shows and events. Do
you prefer to ride in
competitions or prefer to
do shows and events?
MAS: I enjoy both as both
involve riding BMX.
XM: Any action sport is
inherently dangerous. Have
you had many injuries over
the years?
MAS: like any athlete, I have
had so many dangerous
injuries over the years but
it’s always more important
to recover in a way that
makes you return even
stronger.
