FLOTATING
CLF Flotation Cell
Principle
Backward-style blades impeller is equipped on CLF flotation cell, and
the lower blade shape design is consistent with the pulp through the
streamline between the impeller spades. With weak flotation capa-
bility, big circulating amount of pulp, and low power consumption,
it can fully ensures the coarse particle suspension and air dispersion
with the tank and grid plate. CLF flotation cell provides good hydro-
dynamic conditions, and improves the loading capacity of the miner-
alized foam and the particle size of flotation grinding.
Application
CLF flotation cell is mainly used for separating nonferrous and fer-
rous metals and chemical raw materials, is applied to the selection of both coarse particles and fine particles, and be-
longs to full graded flotation cell with the features of adopting new impeller-stator system, forced circulation channel
equipped with false bottom and tank with grid plate, a completely new way of pulp circulation, a stable separation zoon
and foam layer produced under the function of them.
