Xinhai Dewatering Screen
Principle
Xinhai has much unique technology in dewatering screen design.
The main part of dewatering screen’s plate is upward bias in the
horizontal direction. The angle between the after body of plate and the
motherboard is 45 degree. Two balanced vibration motors are installed
horizontally with one on top of the other one. Because of the rotary
effect that caused by the unbalanced gravity when the two motors
rotates, the performance of the dewatering screen is very stable. The
screen cloth is interleaved and easy to be installed and replaced. Xinhai
multiple frequency dewatering screen has unique structure, when It
works with Xinhai XCI and XCII hydrocyclone and Xinhai high frequency
multiple & deep cone thickener (details in our classification facilities section), the result will be beyond your expect. It
can process large capacity of materials, and dehydrate sufficiently. Xinhai dewatering screen has significant advantages
in technical and economic aspects.
The manufacturers in China used Xinhai dewatering screen has received unexpected results, such as: Anhui Tongda
quartz mining and Fujian Mingda silica mining. The water content of the goods was under 10%, and still, the facility
worked stably with low fault rate.

Application
It can be widely used in dry stacking of tailings, concentrate dewatering, refining mud enrichment, chip removing, coal
slurry separation, etc. Damping with rubber buffers, with side panels of screen box boded with Xinhai wear-resistant
rubber, it is suitable for harsh working conditions and can reduce the pollution of iron materials, which is more suitable
for non-metal, hydrometallurgy and nuclear industrial systems.
