Rotary Dryer
Principle
The materials in the rotary cylinder will be dried during the reentry
and lifter process of the spiral blade and intermittent spiral lifter plate
between the inner and outer cylinders.
Features
The column structure of the cylinder makes multiple shortening of the
dryer length. As the cooling surface is significantly reduced, and the
heat loss reduces, while the multiplying heat exchange surface greatly
improves the heating efficiency. As for the materials that cannot touch
the smoke, inner smoke pipe and circular smoke pipe are equipped in the inner and outer cylinders of the multi-cylin-
der rotary dryer. Radial smoke pipe is used for the connection between the smoke pipes, which is efficient and energy-
saving.
