Sanidhya Delhi 7 Every Sanidhya is special, for it not only brings the alumni across batches together, but also helps them relive those glorious days once again. This time, the venue chosen was Epicentre, Gurgaon and it in fact was the epicentre of all the energy that rocked Delhi that evening. With the venue playing the delectable host to a T, the guests walked in ecstatically. Some were excited to catch up with their buddies, some were eager to introduce their respective spouses to everyone and others just wanted to catch a glimpse of their old crush. The evening was emceed by the ever dependable Prof. Sasmit Patra and saw the XIMB director Fr. Paul Fernandes, Prof. Savita Mohanty, Mrs. Reena Ravichandran in attendance too. The evening started with a little video, which paid a tribute to the 25 years of XIMB, which was followed by a floral felicitation of the director and then Prof. Sasmit Patra taking over the event. After the customary cake cutting and a Q&A session, the dance floor was thrown open for everyone. We all know that it's absolute magic when XIMBians take to the dance floor with a drink in hand and a partner in tow. The guests there could not help reminiscing the good old JLTs and some almost had tears as the evening drew close to its end. The whole conviction behind Sanidhya is to keep the XIMB legacy alive, to never let the camaraderie go away and to not let memories fade away. As the evening progressed, this belief only got stronger. The people, who came, left with stronger ties with each other and a reinstated sense of belongingness to the brand “XIMB”.
