ESTABLISH GROUPS & EXHIBITORS

1. Select which best describes you- Group or Single Exhibitor

• If a group, you are nominating for your household, including all siblings.

• If a single exhibitor, you are an individual exhibitor without additional siblings

2. Add exhibitors to Group

• Information needed for each Exhibitor

CREATE ANIMALS

• Create Animals for each Family Group

• Select the correct variant, division and sub-division.

• Enter the animals Registration Number

• Enter the animals name, date of birth, and tattoo

• Select the shows the animal is entering( Bred & Owned or Geneseek GGP Ultimate Show)

• Assign the animal to the correct exhibitor( owner) that you created previously

• Animals must be created before you are able to enter a show

CREATE ENTRIES( ANIMALS ONLY)

• Select add entry

• Select the correct exhibitor( owner)

• Select the department you are entering

• Select the entry type

• Select the eligible animals

CREATE ENTRIES( SATELLITE EVENTS)
