Areas, Rooms and Finishes Schedules
Once you click ok to exit the
dialogue box you will see
empty fields under the
dwellings per hectare column.
Enter in 10 next to the Low
Density, 20 for the Medium
and 40 for the High.
In the properties pallet click on
the edit button next to field to
open up the schedule
properties dialogue box. Click
on the Calculated Value
button in the middle. Set the
name to Dwellings and the
type to integer. In the formula
field at the bottom add the
formula: Area*Dwellings Per
Hectare/10000m²
You should now have a
schedule displaying the
possible amount of dwellings
that could fit onto the specified
area.
