Areas, Rooms and Finishes Schedules
Add the Area and Area
function as your first two
fields into the table. You can
then click ok to start the
schedule.
Click on the Sorting /
Grouping edit button. Sort by
Area function and deselect the
Itemize every instance button
at the bottom. This will
collapse the rows to only show
each of the respective Area
Functions and their areas.
You will notice the area will
display as a blank. This is
normally the case when there
are multiple results which are
basically overlapping or
occupying the same space.
You will need to go to the
formatting tab and click the
calculate totals for the area
field so that all the overlapping
areas are added up.
