needs the Metric Curtain
Panel Pattern Based. Click
on the Revit Applications
button, New, Family. Choose
from the standard library
options the Metric Curtain
Panel Pattern Based family
and click ‘Open’.
You are now in an
environment where the panels
are created that fit to surface
patterns which have been
applied to Conceptual
Masses. If you have a
different pattern to the
rectangle that is presented.
Select the blue grid and
change its pattern in the
Properties Type selector. For
now we will stay with the
Rectangle. This rectangle
consists of Reference Lines
and Adaptive Points. We will
use the Reference Lines to
create an extrusion for the
glass panel. We will add a
point onto the Mid-point of
one of the Reference lines
and make a sweep for the
frame.
