Worksets and Collaboration
There are a few elements that
can’t be placed on a Workset:
Curtain wall Grids
Curtain wall Mullions
Curtain Panels
2D Detail (incl. Lines and
Dimensions)
Go to the filter, deselect the
above mentioned. > OK.
Change the Workset from
Exterior to Interior.
Now the entire building has
been divided into Worksets.
To double check your
Worksets, do the following:
Go to Worksets.
Turn all the worksets on > OK
Next to the Reveal Hidden
Elements button is a Workset
Display Option. Select>
Worksets.
You can change the colours of
the worksets by selecting the
display options again> go to
settings at the top.
Turn off when done.
Save the Project with the
name CENTRAL in the title:
MDC Building – Central.RVT
Go to the Save Options as
indicated and adjust the Max
backups to 40. Notice that
Make Central will
automatically be selected.
