Save the family
You can load this family into
your Revit Project. Once
loaded into your project you
will be able to place it on a
sheet just like any other
family. Note the visibility
parameters in the properties
of the annotation family if you
select it
Depending on the view or plan
that you have dragged onto
your sheet you can uncheck
the relative ‘Building A,B or C’
