Annotation Families
Using the line tool inside the title block family draw the outlines of each building ’ s foot print .
Once the out lines are drawn you can delete the dwg import . These line will stay visible at all times
To show the different buildings we will use Filled regions . You can give these Filled Regions colours to suit your needs , for now we will make them Solid Black . Create a separate Filled Region for each building foot print .
Create a Visibility Parameter for each Filled Region . Do this by selecting the Filled Region and clicking on the ‘ Add Parameter ’ button at the end of the Visibilty field in the properties pallet of the selected Filled Region . Call this parameter ‘ Building A ’, it is a ‘ Instance ’ Parameter and you can Group it under ‘ Visibilty ’. OK , OK . This
