They can be dimensioned,
unlike the default baluster
posts in railings.
You could easily access
the properties of this
family.
Cons of this baluster method:

Once unpinned, the family
does not move with the
rest of the rail
If the balusters are
angled, and you change
anything in the existing
railing i.e. the path or top
rail, the angled balusters
have to be fixed again.
They don’t retain their
base connections.
