Door Schedules
The Field formatting allows us
to show specific units and
how many decimal places we
would like to show
In our door schedule, we can
also set up other types of
parameters such as a yes/no,
parameter to denote whether
a door is a fire door or not (a
type parameter)
Tip: this yes/no parameter,
combined with a ”YES” and a
“NO” text parameter and
some formulae can create a
powerful tracking schedule.
This case if the yes/no
parameter is checked, our
“YES” text field would need to
populate with a yes and the
no be blank
The formula for the yes field
would be:
If (Fire, “YES”,””)
The formula for the no field
would be:
if(Fire, "", "NO")
With these parameters in
place we can now apply
conditional formatting.
On the formatting tab, select
conditional formatting.
This example, if Fire is
checked, the YES Field is
populated, we would like to
show a green background
colour.
