Pay attention to the WCS
position of the view cube. This
can be upside down
sometimes which means that
you will have to rotate the
drawing.
We check that the drawing is
empty of all unwanted
information. Zoom to extents
or double click the mouse
wheel. Also go the layers that
are in the DWG and switch all
the layers on. Revit register
that there are layers inside a
DWG. These might be
switched off and therefore
they will not show, but once
this DWG is imported into
Revit these layers will take up
‘space’. This will then affect
your dwg in Revit as indicated
in the image.
