Site and Project Setup
In the Massing & Site Tab,
click on the Building Pad
button. You will enter into a
sketch mode. Draw a Building
Pad following the foot print of
your building. Building Pads
will only cut into Topography
that is created in the phase
‘New Construction.
Draw a section through the
building. Notice that the
Building Pad has only cut
through the New site.
