This translates into: If, the Show Sink is ‘on’ -200 otherwise 10

If you would like to schedule
this Kitchen Cupboard family
and be able to schedule
separately the sink. You can
create a Plumbing fixture
schedule. Because the sink is a
‘Nested’ family it won’t show in
the schedule automatically.
You will have to make it
‘Shared’ in its properties. Inside
the cupboard family, select the
sink and click on ‘edit family’ in
