complete with vision panel and
door grille
1. Door to be parametric
for width, height,
frame thickness, as
well as frame material
2. Door grille can be 2D
element, or a separate
nested Family (Door
Grille family supplied)
3. Assign materials to
the door frame, door
panel, door grille,
vision panel (Do not
be concerned about
type of materials)
4. Save the door as D01
5. Load door into project
based on IDA
template
6. Duplicate existing
door schedule and
rename as D01
7. Ensure that within
D01 door schedule,
only D01 shows
8. Create a door legend
view for D01
9. Create a door
schedule sheet, and
add door legend view,
as well as the D01
schedule to the sheet
