Family Creation 1 (Basics)
Flex the door family by going
into the family types and
modifying the Height and
Width parameters. If your
family does not break up, load
the door into a project, and
test the parameters again, by
following the latter steps.
We now need to nest a door
handle in the door family.
Within the Insert tab> Load
from library panel, click on
load family. Browse to your
exercise folder and select the
Door Handle.rvt file. Set your
active workplane as the face
of the door leaf and place your
door handle on the required
height.
