Draw a path using the door reference planes as a guide . This is where the sweep path will run .
As we have specified the path where our sweep will go , the next step is to click on the “ Finish Edit Mode ” icon , located within the “ Modify / Sweep > Sketch Path ” contextual tab , “ Mode ” panel .
We need to draw a profile which will run along the sweep path we have drawn in the previous step . Within the “ Modify / Sweep ” contextual tab , “ Sweep ” panel , click on the “ Edit Profile ” icon .
The “ Go to View ” window will appear , asking you to specify a view in which you want to draw the sweep profile in . Click on “ Floor Plan : Ref . Level ” and select “ open View ”
Using the tools in your “ Draw ” panel , create a profile which will be used by the frame ’ s sweep path . ( Annotations have been added to the image to the side , as a reference only . Remember that dimensions are constraints as well .
Start the align command , by clicking on the “ Align ” icon , located in the Modify / Sweep > Edit Profile Tab , “ Modify ” panel .
