We will draw the path for the
sweep in the Exterior elevation
view. Click on the ‘Sketch
Path’ tool. The work plane that
we will use for the sweep will
be the ‘Reference Plane:
Exterior’. Follow the existing
opening in the host wall. The
sweep Sketch Path lines will
automatically lock themselves
to the Width and Height
parameters of the opening.
Finish the sketch.
Select the Profile symbol of
the sweep and Click on the
‘Edit Profile’ button in the
Ribbon.
A dialogue window will open
asking you in which view you
want to draw the profile of the
frame. Choose the ‘Floor Plan:
Ref. Level’.
