Detailing and annotations
Click on the Keynotes button , Add , Top Level . We will be creating the ‘ Parent ’ Values first .
The ‘ Add New Keynote ’ dialogue window will open . You will see a drop down option for the ‘ Parent ’ value . This will be empty because there are none . Further down you will find the ‘ Keynote Data ’ section . Here you will enter the keynote number and the description . At the bottom we have the options for Upper or Lower case and Character maps .
Click in the Keynote Field , enter 01E . Click in the Description Field , enter ‘ Electrical ’. This will be used as a parent value in our next step . Click OK .
