Door Schedules
PROJECT
To start a new schedule,
select schedules from the
view tab, and select the
appropriate category, this
case, doors.
TIP: a quicker way to start a
schedule to right click on
schedules in the project
browser (see right)
The schedule properties
dialogue comprises 4 tabs,
namely Fields (where we
select the fields and the
values we wish to display in
the schedule), Filter (where
we specify how or what we
want to display or omit from
display),/grouping (where we
decide what order the
information will be sorted),
formatting (units, orientation,
whether the field will be
hidden or not) and lastly
Appearance (how the
schedule will look on a sheet)
The fields tab is divided into
two sections: left indicates all
the available fields and right
indicates those we have
chosen. Selecting from the
table on the left and Add
moves the parameter to the
right. Remove will remove the
field from the right (the
schedule)
Select all the required
parameters and needing a
schedule and select okay to
generate the schedule.
Tip: special care should be
taken when selecting the
order in which the
parameters appear. The
