You will get a warning that the
Constraints are not satisfied
and you will have to click on
‘Remove Constraints’. The new
door panel and the old one do
not agree or their constraints
are not the same and they
‘break’ their constraints. We
click on the ‘Remove
Constraints’ because we want
to see which constraints broke
and then we can fix these. Flex
the Kitchen Cupboard Family
i.e. makes it longer and add a
door or 2.
In 3D we see that the Cupboard
doors have lost their
constraints to the ends of the
cupboard and their ‘mapping’
of parameters that drive their
height and width. Go to plan,
select one of the cupboard
doors, click on ‘edit group’. In
the Type Selector drop down
swop the Cupboard Door Plain
out with Cupboard Door Relief.
Immediately we receive a
warning ‘Constraints are not
satisfied’. Click on Remove.
