Dressed in an exquisite Ilana Laposa designer gown from Blue Bridal Boutique in Denver , Kaitlyn wanted her border collie Morgan and horse Ginny to be in her bridal book . Holly , a close friend and bridesmaid made Kaitlyn ’ s silk bouquet , combining her favorite color of green and Weston ’ s favorite color , purple . Kaitlyn loved it and so the bridesmaids did all flowers and centerpieces DIY , incorporating antlers . She found her guestbook , pen and cake server , with their initials carved into wood to look like a tree , on Etsy . Everyone loved the unique touch .
The Wild Rose , a brand new Guest Ranch and wedding venue owned by the Hanson family , gloriously sits nestled in the east foothills of the Big Horn Mountains . Two cabins at the base of the hill provided the perfect place for Kaitlyn and the girls , and Weston and the boys , to get ready . Atop the mountain a spectacular view awaited them and 175 of their family and close friends . With the east slope of the Big Horn Mountains as their back drop , a country preacher married them . The reception took place atop the mountain in a large tent provided by Wild Rose .
