The date of their wedding was very important . Chelsey ’ s grandparents are an extremely important part of who she is ; so they selected her grandparents ’ 47th wedding anniversary , August 27 , 2016 , as their wedding day . “ Next , I had to make sure the photographers that I know and love were available on that date ,” Chelsey adds . “ Luckily Ardent was available for us ! They caught the moments of our wedding that we never want to forget .”
Chelsey owns Luna Salon & Spa in Downtown Laramie , and her expertise helping brides feel and look their absolute best came into play for her own big day . “ You never fully understand how beautiful you feel on your wedding day until it actually happens ,” Chelsey says . “ The moment my mom , sister and best friend helped me into my dress was one I ’ ll never forget .” Her wedding dress , from Downtown Laramie ’ s Mountain Valley Bridal , made the perfect statement . “ There is something truly amazing when you find the right wedding dress to fit you and your style ,” she adds . Fernando and Chelsey were married at a stunning private residence , throwing in loads of personal style and entertainment . “ Fernando and I wanted our wedding to be as fun for our guests as it could be . We wanted people to dance and celebrate with us !” Chelsey says . “ We had an amazing turn out and made memories that will last a lifetime .”
Fernando is currently a student at the University of Wyoming , and Chelsey is excited to expand Luna Salon & Spa in addition to celebrating her new degree from UW . They are excited for the future and starting a family . n
