A little introduction to the artist :
My name is Cari Faye Antonovich , I am the owner of The White Room Studios by Cari Faye Photography . I have a studio located in Casper , WYO and have spent the last ten years photographing women and helping them see the beauty that is inside . Boudoir ( pronounced bood-wa ) is a French word for a woman ’ s dressing room . I like to refer to this style of portraiture as boudoir , but I also keep it simple and refer to it as women ’ s portraiture . I sometimes feel that when people hear the word “ boudoir ” they immediate think ultra-strappy lingerie and racy poses , but in fact this style of photography is about focusing on the woman who is in front of my lens and styling her in ways that bring out her natural beauty in an elegant and classy way . Don ’ t get me wrong , we can most definitely still put you in some beautiful lingerie and photograph your best assets ( see what I did there ?), but I never want a woman to feel too intimidated to book a session . Boudoir sessions are fun , laid back , and a true celebration of the woman you have become , and the wife you ’ re about to be . These are just as much a gift to your future spouse as they are for you , so think of it as a win-win !
