Jefferson County Farm Bureau President Lyle Tabb and JCFB board members presented a $100 gift certificate
to Marlene Popkins of Kearneysville at their regular monthly meeting, Tuesday, September 3rd. Popkins’name was
drawn following a contest held by JCFB at the Jefferson County Fair. The Farm Bureau wishes to thank all the folks
who stopped by to enter the contest and to talk about the activities and benefits of the Jefferson County Farm Bureau.
