Capito , McKinley Recognized as “ Friends of Farm Bureau ”
West Virginia Congressional Representatives Shelley Moore Capito and David McKinley have been recognized as the 2012 “ Friends of Farm Bureau .
Capito was presented with the award at a meeting of the Kanawha County Farm Bureau on October 16 . She spoke to the group on several issues facing the country , including the struggling economy , the Death Tax , and the inability of the U . S . Senate to pass a budget .
McKinley received his award at a roundtable meeting in Monongalia County on October 17 . He spoke about his concerns with EPA dust regulations , fuel prices and other agricultural concerns .
