Capito, McKinley Recognized as“ Friends of Farm Bureau”
West Virginia Congressional Representatives Shelley Moore Capito and David McKinley have been recognized as the 2012“ Friends of Farm Bureau.
Capito was presented with the award at a meeting of the Kanawha County Farm Bureau on October 16. She spoke to the group on several issues facing the country, including the struggling economy, the Death Tax, and the inability of the U. S. Senate to pass a budget.
McKinley received his award at a roundtable meeting in Monongalia County on October 17. He spoke about his concerns with EPA dust regulations, fuel prices and other agricultural concerns.
