Simply, “Customer Service.” Going above and beyond
for your policyholder, treating them the way you would
expect to be treated. Each customer is different and has
different issues or circumstances surrounding their visit
of phone call to our office. We listen to their questions
or concerns and offer the professional service/advise
they request. We may not always know the answer right
then and there, but I guarantee you....we will find out the
correct answer and get right back to them immediately.

foremost. When selling insurance you are selling peace
of mind, so when that customer calls or comes into your
office with a claim and you advise them of the claims
process and have a role in restoring them to the way they
were just prior to the loss or accident...that is rewarding
and very satisfying.
