Woodworth siblings Named National Winners in FFA Proficiency Awards Jessica and William Woodworth, daughter and son of Richard and Margaret Woodworth of Burlington, West Virginia, were named National Winners in the Proficiency Award area during the 86th National FFA Convention in Louisville, Kentucky in November.
