The women of Gamma Phi
Beta host a Crescent Classic
Phive K in the fall to support
Camp Fire, a nonprofit youth
development organization.
They also participate in
Girls on the Run, which is an
organization that inspires
girls to be joyful, healthy
and confident using a fun,
experience-based curriculum
which creatively integrates
running.
They also support
Heartspring, a worldwide
center for children with special
needs, by hosting Grilled
Cheese with G Phi B’s in the
spring semester.
The chapter emphasizes
sisterhood with fall and spring
sisterhood retreats and loyalty
circle events.
Gamma Phi Beta is
founded upon four core values
that continuously guide and
shape their chapter: Love,
Labor, Learning and Loyalty.
With over 40 officer
positions, Gamma Phi Beta
offers their women a variety of
leadership opportunities.
As a Gamma Phi Beta,
one will develop eternal
friendships with women
who offer encouragement,
inspiration and will always be
by her side. Gamma Phi Beta
sisters strive to promote the
highest type of womanhood.

My major is Early Childhood Unified, and I desire to work
with children with disabilities. I love traveling, and I’ve
been out of the country a handful of times. My favorite
trip was last spring break when I traveled to Haiti with a
group from WSU. I had the opportunity to volunteer in a
school and spend time with the beautiful children.
