January 26 , 2021 : The Larry H . Miller Group of Companies announced the launch of Larry H . Miller Insurance Services . The new venture is a partnership with the Leavitt Group and offers employees and customers life , home , business , and auto insurance . Customers who purchase a car at an LHM Dealership can sign up for auto insurance on the spot , allowing for more comprehensive service .
February 12 , 2021 : The Salt Lake Bees ( J ) announced a new agreement with the Los Angeles Angels that will keep them as a Triple-A affiliate of the team for the next ten years . The Bees are now a Professional Development League ( PDL ) license holder , a move that has strengthened the relationship in many ways .
February 17 , 2021 : LHM Megaplex Theatres announced a major renovation to their Gateway location in Salt Lake City . The theatre will be overhauled over several months and fitted with new heated luxury seats so that patrons can enjoy in-seat dining , premium snack and beverage service , private meeting and event space , state-of-the-art technology , and more . The location was closed for several months while the construction took place .
March 3 , 2021 : Larry H . Miller Dealerships announced a commitment to helping Arizona children transition into a safe home with the Luggage of Love campaign , a month-long drive to support children and families statewide who are served by the Arizona Department of Child Safety ( DCS ).
March 18 , 2021 : LHM Liberty Toyota and LHM Toyota Colorado Springs joined forces to present a $ 100,000 check to Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity . The organization will use the money to provide decent , affordable homes for women .

April 12 , 2021 : LHM Subaru Boise presented a check for $ 20,476 to Wild Hearts Idaho and a second check for $ 15,694 to Idaho Youth Ranch as part of the Subaru Share the Love Event .
April 21 , 2021 — LHM Ford Mesa partnered with Wells Fargo and the Military Warriors Support Foundation to provide a vehicle to a local veteran . The recipient was retired U . S . Army Specialist Philip Rousu , who was awarded the Purple Heart and a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal for his service to the country .
April 29 , 2021 : The Larry H . Miller Tour of Utah announced that it had entered into a licensing agreement with Medalist Sports , a full-service sports management company specializing in road cycling and cause-related events , to operate the professional cycling stage race and the Tour of Utah Ultimate Challenge .
May 27 , 2021 : The LHM Group of Companies announced that it had finalized the sale of The Zone Sports Network to Smith Entertainment Group , where it would join the Utah Jazz and other former LHM sports properties .
June 1 , 2021 : Gail Miller announced a reorganization of the Board of Directors for the LHM Group of Companies . Taking her place as chair of the board would be her son Steve Miller , with Greg Miller serving as vice chair . She also announced that Brilliant Miller would serve as the lead director of the Windsong Single Family Private Trust Company , which manages the ownership of the LHM Group .
June 9 , 2021 — Utah Gov . Spencer J . Cox has appointed Steve Starks , CEO of the Larry H . Miller Group of Companies ( K ), as the governor ’ s Olympic and Paralympic Advisor . In this position , he will act as a liaison with the Salt Lake City-Utah Committee for the Games , where he also serves as the governor ’ s designee and vice chair .

July 15 , 2021 — Employees of the LHM Group , ( L ) along with 89 vendors and business partners raised an incredible $ 500,000 during the annual LHM Dealerships Golf Classic . This year was the 10th such event and the largest amount donated to date .
September 11 , 2021 — In honor of the 20th anniversary of September 11 and Day of Service and Remembrance , employees at the Jordan Commons campus conducted a week-long Driven to Assist food and clothing drive to benefit Utah Food Bank and Shelter the Homeless . Community members donated at Smith ’ s Ballpark throughout the day on September 11 and received ticket vouchers to a Bees game . The Bees also marked the anniversary with special presenters and events at the game .
September 13 , 2021 — Larry H . Miller Hyundai Peoria was named a Best Dealership To Work For in 2021 by Automotive News . The program measures workplace satisfaction , talent retention and excellent care of employees through a confidential survey of employers and employees .
September 20 , 2021 — Aida Neimarlija , general counsel at Miller Automotive Operations , was announced as the newest member of the Gail Miller Women ’ s Leadership Group Committee .
September 29 , 2021 — The Larry H . Miller Group announced a proposed transaction with Asbury Automotive Group to acquire Larry H . Miller Dealerships , Total Care Auto Powered by Landcar , and Saxton Horne Communications .
