New Board and Leadership Roles Within The Miller Family
On June 1 , 2021 , Gail Miller announced that Steve Miller and Greg Miller would serve as chair and vice chair , respectively , of the Larry H . Miller Management Company ( MMC ) Board of Directors . She also named Brilliant Miller to serve as lead director of the Windsong Single Family Private Trust Company ( PTC ), the board that manages the ownership of the Larry H . Miller Group of Companies .
Announcing these adjustments , Gail said , “ This is an exciting time for me and my children , and part of a planned-for evolution within our family-owned business . I will continue to be involved in our company as needed and remain dedicated to enriching lives with our family foundation and philanthropic endeavors .
“ Steve , Greg , and Brilliant are fully prepared to execute their new roles and will continue to lead our organization with our mission , vision , and values . They will work closely with the MMC Board of Directors , our Chief Executive Officer Steve Starks , and our executive management team to continue executing our growth strategy .

Gail Miller served as chair of the board since its inception in 2015 . Gail continues to serve on the MMC and PTC boards and remains the LHM Group ’ s majority owner . She also continues to serve as a trustee of the Larry H . & Gail Miller Family Foundation .
