LHM GROUP SELLS AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS
On September 29 , 2021 , the Larry H . Miller Group of Companies announced a definitive agreement with Asbury Automotive Group , Inc ., one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U . S ., to sell Larry H . Miller Dealerships , Total Care Auto , Powered by Landcar , Saxton Horne Communications , and the real estate associated with the dealerships .
