Intro to Beginner American Mah Jongg
Learn this engaging and strategic tile game that has been enjoyed for centuries and is now experiencing a major resurgence. This class will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge to start playing confidently on your own! You will be instructed how to purchase your card from the National Mah Jongg League.

Come stroll down memory lane and view your favorite vintage movies. Share new experiences with new and old friends! Come early to learn what to watch for in the movie from film connoisseur, Todd Schall – Vess. Stay after the movie for group discussion. Bring your own lunch. Dessert, popcorn and beverages will be served.

Sweetheart Day

This is a special active adult luncheon that has been in place for 18 + years and is a favorite event of the year! Join us and help celebrate“ love” and friendship through music and dancing, a delicious lunch and camaraderie with friends. Dedicated in memory of longtime Grand Tones member, Gladys Nusenko. Luncheon is generously provided by her daughter, Gail Grandis. Entertainment by the Grand Tones chorus.
Open to all members ages 60 + RSVP is required

Annual Weinstein JCC / Hadassah Game Day
Sunday, February 22 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Ages: 18 +
Join us for an exciting fun – filled day of your favorite games. Just bring your friends and your favorite games( mah jongg set, bridge cards, rummy cube or other game) and we will supply the rest. Tables open at 10:00 AM, but you can begin playing any time after that. There will be door prizes and lots of socializing!
$ 45 per participant( includes brunch, morning and afternoon snacks and table rental)
Proceeds help to support Active Adult programming at the Weinstein JCC and the Hadassah Hospital in Israel. Please consider bringing nonperishable food items to donate to the Elmer Toth Community Food Pantry.
