Leader: Robin Kelley Open to all 6 – 8th graders
Calling all middle-schoolers! Come hang out for Ruach & Recreation, a brand-new, vibrant, meaningful, and movement-filled Jewish youth program, tailored for middle schoolers. Attendees will participate in age-appropriate activities that will provide social interaction, promote physical and emotional wellbeing and focus on community and service, all through a Jewish lens. Events will take place at the Weinstein JCC as well as other locations within the Richmond area.

Hebrew FUNdamentals
Instructor: Temple Beth El Staff Grades K-1 • Grades 2-3
These introductory classes are an excellent way for your child to learn foundational Hebrew skills. Your child will be introduced to Aleph Bet, Hebrew vocabulary, and Hebrew language skills through games, stories, and hands-on learning. Two sessions each week. Don’ t miss out on the opportunity to build your child’ s Ivrit( Hebrew) skills. Offered as a pilot program in partnership with Temple Beth-El.

Is your child ready for some Saturday night fun? Drop them off at the J on select Saturday nights where they will rule the Center after hours! Our Youth and Camp Hilbert Director, Robin Kelley, will engage the kids in an array of fun activities, feed them dinner and yummy dessert and have them ready for you to pick up, tired and happy. Kosher dietary laws observed

Creative Art Parties for Kids
Instructor: Carly Cashin
Celebrate birthdays, milestones, or just the weekend with an unforgettable art party at the J! Our art specialist will tailor a creative experience to match your child’ s interests— from painting and jewelry to color play and slime.
Each party includes:
• A 1-hour guided art activity for up to 20 kids
• 60 minutes in a private party room( before or after the activity) for snacks, games, or more fun
