Untitled / Karli Woods The world is painted with dirty realism wildlife is naked and scarce splashed in a dabble of hungry grey withering away the colors we breathe. Alberta is spilled in crude oil an accidental stain, an indelible blemish a brushstroke cannot amend. Geopolitics is an abstract painting divided with violent political brushstrokes infringed lines without peacemaking vibrant, loud, fearful, perplexed, a strangled repressed pretzel leaving the world in strange ambiguity Long white brushstrokes are plastered to wipe-out humankind, a faceless earth with hollow vision instead, a black hole has eaten, the earth. The last crisp leaf has fallen, and slowly exhaled, until it hit the dying earth. 9
