As a teacher of forensic science for al-
most 20 years, Linda Maria Frank decided
to create mysteries around the science she
found most interesting with a smart, edgy,
young female detective to solve the cases.
The result was Annie Tillery. She calls her
books "Nancy Drew meets CSI". They cap-
ture, not only her love of mystery and sci-
ence, but things she finds most exciting in
life; sailing, falling in love, and a fascina-
tion with New York City. She lives on Long
Island and works hard to promote her
books.
