TWO BLUE
Grieb & Benzinger’s calling card design remains
a deft touch with the rose engine. Migrating
beyond the dial, the guilloche patterns that make
the G&F watches so recognizable have been
added to movement elements visible through the
front aperture. These two new beauties are from
the new Blue Chip collection. The Blue Polaris
featured here with a guilloche’ enhance bezel
is crafted in solid 950 platinum, while its darker
“Midnight” Polaris counterpart is crafted in an 18kt
white gold case with a black diamond studded
bezel. Both feature a blued sterling silver crescent
in an amazing display of engraved elegance. Both
versions house a fully decorated and modified
Swiss manual wind movement. A full series of Blue
Chips can be seen on the G&B web-site with prices
ranging from around $45,000-$85,000 depending
on the model.
