oving into a large restaurant space that has
seen a lot of turnover, Regional Kitchen
plants it’s chicken feet firmly down on
Okeechobee and means to stay. With versatile,
talented Chef Lindsay Autry at the helm of the roost,
this gorgeously designed restaurant tastes as good
as it looks. The level of detail is astonishing, from the
blue and white striped cloth napkins to the cheeky
hand painted mirrors in the ladies room to the tin
stamped ceiling (a personal fave as I have the same

pattern as a backsplash in my home kitchen) every-
thing works in the most unexpected way.
It must be the womens touch, as Chef Autry layered
her own South Carolina touches on the décor
designed by French femme sensation Chantal Peyrat,
who has designed hotels and restaurants worldwide.
