4. What are emerging opportunities for the pallet industry?
From my perspective, the opportunities for the industry ahead lie in our continued reliance on the data. It’s easy to rely on anecdotes and feelings, but in an unprecedented time of uncertainty we need to fall back on the data. We are in an exciting time economic trends and information are more readily available and more digestible than ever. We owe it to ourselves as an industry to not let uncer-
tainty and fear lead our decision making.
5. What advice would you give to new members of the WPA?
Dive in head first. Not only do you have access to fantastic resources and insights, but by participating in events you will meet some amazing people who are facing the same challenges, exploring new ideas, and having a lot of fun.
