WoW has identified 473 actions across 15 departments. The Business Change Team monitors these actions ensuring identified efficiencies and savings are met. Of the 473 actions:  263 are complete  167 are on track  7 have been withdrawn  36 are overdue.  Have one action outstanding out of 36  Continue to support the business shift to self serve.  Are reviewing their Estate Service Standards to deliver a more efficient service to residents  Are working with residents to scrutinise Added Value services, ensuring best VFM. We’ve completed 56% of actions to date…Brilliant! Well done to all departments with completed actions. It’s essential we complete actions on time to achieve efficiencies and savings. This year’s target is huge and we need you all to play your part. Please ensure you stay on top of your action plans and complete them on time.  Take Ownership  Review actions regularly at team meetings and 1:1’s  Be aware of action targets  If you have actions requiring support/input from other departments it’s your responsibility to make it happen.  Saved £87k every year by producing all Energy Performance Certificates upfront  Updated Apex’s reporting to improve automation.  Uploaded 5 year planned programme to Orchard allowing Repairs desk to give residents accurate information and timescales  Put in place plans for Technical Inspectors to give more details from Pre Inspections, ensuring repairs can be raised right first time. 2
