WoW has identified 602 actions across 21 departments. The Business Change Team monitors the actions ensuring identified efficiencies and savings are met. Of the 602 actions:  405 are complete  141 are on track  21 have been withdrawn  35 are overdue.  Are stream lining the post inspections generated in Orchard. They’ll remove contractors who only supply goods, and remove jobs that don’t require any work, for example delivering keys. This will allow more focus on repair works. 94% of actions are complete or on target …brilliant! Well done to all departments with completed actions. Get other teams on board and agree the new processes together  Make sure you can introduce across the business, not just in your region. Consistency is essential to achieving a VFM approach.
