Are stream lining the post inspections
generated in Orchard. They’ll remove
contractors who only supply goods, and
remove jobs that don’t require any

completed actions.
Here are some
important things to
remember when making
your processes more
efficient
How will your changes impact other
departments involved in the process?
Get other teams on board and agree
the new processes together
Make sure you can introduce across
the business, not just in your region.
Consistency is essential to achieving a
VFM approach. Think One Team
Talk to the WoW team. We can help
you identify and calculate savings.
Are exploring cheaper ways of
delivering Fire Safety testing. This
could reduce residents’ Service
Charge and introduce tighter
management of the programme
Are considering the risks and benefits
of charging for elements of block
inspections. A project group will
explore the wider impact of this.
