I am typically an early adopter of new tech and
when Apple introduced laptops carrying only
Thunderbolt/USB-C ports, I started scanning
for the things I would need to get that new
laptop integrated into my studio. Almost
every solution needed some kind of dongle or
adapter or was prohibitively expensive (if you
own a current Apple MacBook, you know).
Fast-forward to January 2019, and PreSonus
has stepped up to the plate with their new
USB-C interfaces, solving at least one of my
dongle dilemmas!
