R Bob Adams is another mentor of mine, and
a wonderful friend as well. He is currently the
senior technical manager for Dolby / SLS. He
was the instructor for Crown International’s
Sound for Worship video series and has been a
lecturer for numerous professional organizations.
R Bob took me under his wings and filled in
many gaps in my understanding of sound
system functionality. He was gracious enough to
guide equipment purchases for my production
marvelous wife Suzie at his side, being around
Bill Thrasher is about as good as it gets for an
audio engineer.
Sound reinforcement is built on the shoulder of
these giants, and others like them, who have
created a space for us to call home. Let’s honor
