On the first track you will find the Talk Box . Obviously on later albums the Talk Box is present , but always as a synthesizer , never as an effect on the guitar until our revamp of “ Thief in the Night ”, on our Day of the Lord album . I use it on guitar in concert because I don ’ t want to have to set up another synthesizer on stage . Now it ’ s become a crucial part of our live sound that I ’ m sure will bleed into future albums as well .

[ Renato ] Understand that there is something much bigger than your instrument . There is a syndrome that plagues guitarists . It is a disease called guitar hero , where the guitarist thinks that they should be the center . In this case not only do you serve the music , but you also worship the Lord with all of your heart and serve Him through your gifts , whether in the local church or headlining main stage at a major festival . Everything should be done for His glory .
