[ WM ] What is the main vision you hope to impart to students ?
[ Ken ] I want to spoil our students for Christian community , that we need each other and although they will be self-employed , life is best when joined and serving the Church and in a community of believers with passion for the word , music , and creativity - our God given mandate to create and love one another . We want them to be responsive , proficient , easy to work with , dedicated to their craft and to follow through , and learn to accept the joy in life along with the troubles .
[ WM ] Can you say a few words about your graduates ?
[ Ken ] Our graduates are employed , and they are leaders wherever they go - into the Church small or large or into a company doing music or just being creative . Our graduates know Jesus , love the church , work together well , have vision and skills to effect change in an organization or the culture at large with their gifts and experience gained at Visible .
