[ Jonathan ] I ' m Here for You is , again , about people . Being reminded that our purpose is wrapped up in one another . And we ' ve been through a tough year , and we ’ re still going through some things . But that was a reminder to me and a message to everyone that says , " Hey , my brother , my sister , I ' m here for you ," but also speaking from a perspective of God . Like , God is saying to you , " I ' m here for you , no matter what you go through , no matter what you ' re facing . I ' m here for you .”
[ WM ] Yeah . If you have Jesus , you can never lose everything because you still have Him no matter what . There ' s a presence there , and there ' s a peace there , that gets you through it .
I really love the song , “ High Up ”. What a great encouragement for us to take a stand for who we really are in Christ . That lyric is so catchy : of course , and then I see the news . And it seems like everyone these days , they ' re just bringing each other down . Everyone wants to throw stones . They want to judge . They ' re just crushing everyone with their words . I mean , I ' m not mad that everyone has their opinions , but we live in this opinionated world . Everyone has something to say about everything , and it can cause so much division at times . And I really wanted to put that out there . No matter what someone says , put your thoughts on things above . And when you do that , nothing , no negative thoughts , no negative words , can bring you down . Because you ' re already affirmed . You ' re already loved .
